The Mobile Experience
When it comes to mobile design, UX and UI can sometimes be tricky. Over the years, I have created some highly engaging and very successful applications for the world of mobile devices.
I have adapted several online applications to the handheld experience, helping users to easily make payments, check balances, maintain prescriptions, and view class schedules on the fly. Individuals use their mobile devices more than ever now to help them complete tasks on the go. I create tools for them to succeed!

Planning and Scanning
At Walgreens, I worked to create a user interface for a new handheld scanner system. The application I designed was used by Walgreens employees to maintain inventory, scan products for pricing, print sales labels and communicate to other Walgreens stores. This application was crucial in maintaining item count of excess and low inventory. I also designed a flow for returning damaged merchandise to best keep track of inventory and identify inadequate packaging.
I worked directly with Walgreens stakeholders to understand the needs of the employees, and to provide a solution to help them smoothly execute daily tasks using the new handheld interface.
